The Bilkent University Scholarships for 2025-2026 are fully funded opportunities for international students pursuing master’s and PhD degrees. PhD scholarship recipients at Bilkent University will receive a stipend of $600 per month, while master’s scholarship recipients will receive a stipend of $450 per month.

- The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM, by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/-respected peer-reviewed conference
For Ph.D.:
- Tuition waiver (62.100 TL/year)
- Monthly stipend and housing (total of 5.500 TL / month)
- Private health insurance
- A laptop computer
- Meal card (after the PhD qualifier)
- The Awardee is expected to disseminate the results of his/her thesis research work being carried out at UNAM, by one of the means of which is intended to be UNAM’s travel support for his/her oral presentation at a well-known/-respected peer-reviewed conference
Documents required to apply for the Scholarship
You must prepare the following documents to use in applying for this grant. The required documents are:

Eligibility for Bilkent University Scholarships for International Student
- Required language is English. TOEFL IBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 from each section) or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
- All international students are eligible.
- BSc graduates or MSC students need at least 2.80/4.00 CGPA at the time of application.
- If you are a Turkish citizen resident in Turkey: ALES score is required, <55 (quantitative)
- Otherwise; GRE General Test score is required: 153 (quantitative). However, if you are off by a small margin and you have a strong background, we encourage you to apply.
